Michelle Sullivan (Quebec)
Michelle Sullivan is the director of social media and digital communications at HKDP, a division of Hill & Knowlton. She has been a public relations practitioner for the past nine years and specializes in social media strategy and execution (blogs, podcasts, social networks).
Michelle sits on the board of Equitas – International Centre for Human Rights Education, helping to guide the organization’s communications efforts as it fulfills its mandate of training human rights activists around the globe and works to stimulate discussion about human rights issues among children here at home through its Play It Fair program.

David Kilgour, J.D. (Edmonton)
David Kilgour, a former, long-serving Member of Parliament, is currently a Fellow of the Queen’s University Centre for the Study of Democracy. He is also a director of the Council for a Community of Democracies (CCD).
A one time a journalist for the Toronto Star, David has written several books including Bloody Harvest-The Killing of Falun Gong for their Organs. For this work, he and co-author David Matas received a 2010 Nobel Peace Prize nomination. They were also awarded the 2009 Human Rights Prize from the International Society for Human Rights in Switzerland.
David has spoken out on many human rights abuses, including child prostitution and child sexual exploitation around the world. He continues to be active on issues of human rights and international concerns. He is fluent in English and French. www.david-kilgour.com
Steven J.R. Seiferling (Saskatoon)
Steven Seiferling is a lawyer with media law specialists McKercher LLP Barristers and Solicitors in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. As a former clerk at the Federal Court, he has dealt with refugee claims involving a number of international human rights issues, including China’s “one child laws.
Steve practices in intellectual property law including trade-marks, copyright, and patents, as well as commercial law, licensing, franchising, trade secrets, competition law, privacy law, and labour and employment law. His work involves him in human rights claims from both employer and employee perspectives, as well as the privacy aspect of personal rights.
He is active in the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada as well as the Canadian Bar Association, Pro Bono Law Saskatchewan and the CLASSIC Legal Clinic. He is fluent in English and French.
