Beyond Borders to be showcased in the Canadian Museum for Human Rights

Beyond Borders ECPAT Canada will be showcased in the CMHR exhibit called “Protecting Rights in Canada”. Focusing on mobilization for legal reform, this gallery is designed to help visitors understand how different legal traditions have helped shape the Canadian legal system and show how individuals and organizations have used this system to better protect human rights. A text panel explains the Beyond Borders ECPAT Canada story and its importance, and is illustrated by photographs of founders Rosalind Prober and Mark Hecht and other artifacts.

“We are very honoured that the CMHR has recognized our work to prevent child sex tourism and our lobbying campaigns to protect the rights of children to be free from sexual exploitation,” states Rosalind Prober President of Beyond Borders ECPAT Canada.
